From the first phone call speaking with Todd to dealing with Brandon and his crew when they showed up at our house, the guys at SWAT displayed the highest level of professionalism and reliability. They showed up on time, explained the entire process, cleaned everything behind them, checked their work and made sure everything was done right the first time. After being upsold and overcharged by Another Repair Service in the past, I contacted SWAT when our AC stopped cooling. Based on my description of the symptoms, Todd was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and his assessment was confirmed during the on-site inspection. I was charged significantly less than by that other repair and upsell service for similar issues in the past, and no attempts were made by SWAT to pressure me to buy anything that wasn't needed for the repair at hand. My wife and I were young and gullible years ago and thought we were locked in with what we were told was
