I called TCS to inspect my two central heating units for the winter and to check on my A/C bcuz the overflow drains had been putting out a lot of water, which is not good. The technician told me that the cooling coils were dirty and freezing up, which caused the extra water draining. Then he showed me a video of one of the heater burners not making a clean blue flame bcuz there was a small rusted crack, and he recommended a new heating unit. I agreed because I know thaeet the consequences of ignoring that problem might be - a house fire. He also told me about the value of installing UV lights in

TCS will always be our go to from now on. My husband and I came home from vacation to no ac. Kenney, the tech that was sent out, actually showed up before I did since we stayed elsewhere and was ready to go! He took no time diagnosing the issue, explained it to me in a way I understood, and dedicated himself to fixing our unit. After shopping around at four different stores for the part we needed, he fixed our AC and left our laundry room in better condition than when he came! Our house went from 88 to 74 within hours it was insane. I cant explain the appreciation we have for this company
