Unfortunately once we paid for a new solar heating system, they were not available to answer questions or concerns about the system. Unresponsive and rude. I'd look elsewhere is you want good service.

I bought a new vacuum and it broke within a minute, Herbs stated it was only for wading pools (they said it would be the right vacuum when I bought it) this is a sleazy outfit, buy else wear

Unfortunately I have not been satisfied with Herbs Pool Service. While I find the office staff very professional and polite, I can not say the same for the service techs. I have a hot tub that we use maybe a couple of times a year. I pay for a weekly service which is required despite the lack of use. When my daughters finally want to use the hot tub, we open the cover to find the water about 6 inches below standard, rings and lots of dirt and film around the edges and the water temp at 70%. When I called and asked for them to send a supervisor to see the condition, he was extremely defensive
