The guy was VERY rude and had an attitude that came out! Told me all my locks and doorknobs are broken.. which they are not.. then proceeded to be rude and give attitude as were trying to figure out a way to get into our home! Would NEVER recommend them! He couldnt even get into the house so what good is a locksmith that cant do anything? Mind you Im 9 months pregnant and DO not need someone to come to my house and be rude to my family and me and cause extra stress.

Was recommend by a different company that was booked solid but this company literally hung up on me? I told them my name and said I was locked out of my apartment. They asked my city & I responded. They asked the type of doorknob & I responded. They told me their rates and I said okay, and they asked If anyone still working on opening the door? And I responded Yes and he said Thank you. And hung up?? I dont understand why this happened but I know that its incredibly unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was after dark and Anthony showed up within the 20-25 minutes like he said. My lock was tricky, but he kept trying all he knew until my door opened, while educating me about what he was doing! Clearly someone who is caring about people and passionate about his business. Definitely would recommend. Excellent service.

Anthony came right out on a Saturday night after I lost my keys to get in my house. No one else would come out and help me. He got me in fast and made me new keys right there! Thank you! Definitely recommended!
