I had my car key copied at The Lock Shop in N.Kingstown, RI. They were then very pleasant and professional. Months later, I got the key wet...Ugghh...I thought it would cost me another $150. I called the shop and Andrew(?) suggested that I open the key and inset the components in rice for a week. Afraid I would break it, trying to open it, I asked if I could bring it all to the shop. "Sure!", he said.
He helped me with the task which resulted in a cost of ZERO Dollars! Out of the rice after a week, I had brought it back. He put it back together for me, tested it, and charged me Nothing. Talk about

The lock shop was awesome! Knowledgeable staff was able to help with my lock problems. Keys identified, copies made, seized locks opened. I could not ask for a better experience. Well worth the trip!
