This company is just the absolute best. They actually call you back when you leave a voicemail and very quickly at that. They are respectful, professional, honest, and all around a great company to work with here in Jacksonville. Trey came out to service our AC system and he was quick, thorough, and let me know exactly what he did. This company is friendly and they helped us out when a lot of other companies would have told us to wait and deal with our property management company. ChillTech has replaced both of our AC units (upstairs and downstairs), done repair work when needed, and added insulation to our attic. We're never disappointed! They beat out competitor prices, conduct themselves professionally, and do an incredible job! Our home is over a century old and can be difficult to maneuver around. ChillTech always does exceptional work, even given the obstacles our home inevitably comes with.

Called because our heat stopped working. A nice and very helpful tech picked up and quickly scheduled an appointment for in the morning. They came out and found the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable price without trying to upsell us! This whole experience was great! I've dealt with companies that try to upsell and scare us into more services so this was an amazing experience and I'll be sure to call them! Would give 10 stars, but there is only a 5 star option.

We recently had some issues with our units. We had used Chill Tech one other time for a minor issue. I called and they were able to come out the following day to do an inspection. We choose to have one of the units replaced. They scheduled us for the next day! due to the rain they couldnt come out that day. they offered to bring us out portable ac units. They completed the work and it has been great. For the first time I believe our house has been able to be at regulated temps. I really appreciated all they did and tried to help make us comfortable. I am grateful to finally have an AC company I
