Creeks Air is very responsive, for which we are grateful. Our A/C went on the fritz, and within two hours of my call, a service person was at our home to evaluate the problem. Turns out it was the blower on the furnace, which was installed in 2002. We opted to replace the furnace, and they were able to find one (which is no small feat with all the supply-chain issues) and install it the next business day! Was recommended by a neighbor to contact Creeks when we needed to replace our downstairs system. They did not disappoint and in fact, exceeded our expectations. Phenomenal service. I called at 4:45pm about a repair for my AC and the operator was apologetic they couldn't come the same day (I was not expecting this) but reassured me they would be there tomorrow afternoon. I was thinking I'd need to wait and get an appointment sometime during the week so I very thankful they could see me so soon. The tech that arrived (Billy) was great. He entertained all my silly questions. I had been trying to find out the AC issue myself and researching the past few days with the hopes I could fix it myself. Just want to say these guys are fantastic! From the moment I first called, through getting estimates and ultimately installation every single employee I spoke to was a pleasure to work with. When my compressor decided it was time to check out on a super hot day, they were able to send Parker out the same day to prepare an estimate. They were… reasonably priced, able to procure all equipment needed (in a time when that’s tough to do) and got me scheduled for install very quickly. Zach & Robert arrived this morning and knocked the job out replacing my 16 year old 2 ton and 4 ton
