Had a new system installed 7/14/2020.. today is 10/2/2021 and the system is down. Called with the "warranty" and was told they can't come til the 11th. Was told to call another company for the warranty. Do not recommend!

If youre looking for someone to check your AC unit Air Advice is the way to go. Theyre very professional Emmy arrive when they say theyre going to my slot time is between 10 AM and 2 PM and they arrived at 9:30 AM They came in and they check every single thing that could possibly be wrong and they make sure that but I understood exactly what they were doing it and why they were doing it. This is the second time that Ive had them come out to my house and both times they were very very good and got the job done quick and fast

Waychoff serviced my AC today and discovered that Air Advice replaced the starting capacitors during the last service, and left the capacitors unsecured in the original paper box. This is reported to me as an electrical shock hazard, as roach and lizard bait, and as a potential catastrophic failure during essential need for reliability. Additionally, wires were found to be overheating and the installation melting on a switch relay. The reason why I asked Waychoff to do this routine maintenance is because Air Advice quoted me $1,200 to install a smart thermostat, and that was just unreasonable

Kenneth serviced our AC unit today and did an amazing job. He was prompt, had great communication, and was very professional to say the least. He walked me through what was wrong with the unit and showed me which parts werent working. Also, He didnt try to sell us anything that wasnt necessary. All in all Kenneth did a great job and had the AC running in under 2 hours from start to finish!
