When Lou & Jeff met at Centex Homes back in the early 2000's, they shared a vision for a concept previously unseen in our business; a real estate brokerage that specialized in new home construction. In the fall of 2012, as the industry was rebounding post-recession, New Home Experts was born - providing decades of experience with local and national builders, to an underrepresented portion of our industry: new home buyers.

He's sold new developments for Centex & Pulte Homes, and also worked in commercial leasing & management for CBL & Associates Properties. School includes a BBA from Western in marketing and MBA from Wayne State in management.
