Technicians ensure optimal water quality and equipment functionality to maintain safe swimming conditions. Regular maintenance prevents costly repairs while keeping pools ready for immediate use.
Pool Repair
We handle all pool equipment repairs including pumps, filters, and heating systems. Our technicians respond promptly to emergencies and use quality parts to restore functionality. Preventative maintenance reduces breakdown risks during peak usage periods.
Tile Cleaning
Professional tile cleaning removes calcium deposits using mineral salts that protect surfaces. The process includes polishing and waxing to extend cleanliness. Safe for all tile types, this service restores aesthetic appeal without equipment damage risks.
Green to Clean
Our 3-day process eliminates algae overgrowth through chlorine shocking, filtration, and chemical balancing. Technicians vacuum dead algae from portable systems to protect client equipment. Post-treatment maintenance prevents recurrence while restoring swim-ready conditions.
Acid Washes
Professional acid washing removes stubborn algae and stains from pool surfaces. Our method uses controlled chemical application with neutralization steps to protect plaster finishes. Post-wash chemical conditioning ensures water balance before reopening pools for use.

We've been using Mott's Pools for over 10 years. Always have great service. Arrives when scheduled. Takes no summer vacations. Pool looks excellent; nice clear water, clean tile, and not too chlorinated. Highly recommend Mott's Pools.

My pool motor died and my home warranty denied my claim due to water damage from the rain couple weeks ago. I found this company on Google and Dennis was very professional on the phone and Eric came and did an Amazing job replacing a brand new motor. I highly recommended this company.

Dennis is the best pool man. I used him for a while. He never skimped on chemicals. The pool looked crystal playing all the time. And he knows his job. I highly recommend him
