As always, my pool technicians - Jacob and his brother - from Clean Living Pool and Spa - are prompt, friendly and do a great job. They always take the time to answer any questions or concerns that I may have and, if they don't know the exact answer they assure me they will find out. Very pleased with their work!

Your technician Kaine was on time, he was courteous and knowledgeable about our system and took time to explain to us about the calibrations of our pool/spa. Having an unknown issue and learning how they are systematically and logically working through the issue to get to the root cause without the cost of just replacing everything has been a welcomed approach. Our pool pump began to make an awful noise. I originally emailed the company late Saturday and they responded to me first thing (7am) on Monday morning when they were back in the office. By 11am, the owner (John Butler) was at my house to assess repairs. He was professional and kind and willing to help with any additional repairs that were necessary. He recommended a new pump, gave a quote on the spot which was incredibly reasonable for the new pump and labor. While I know very little about pool equipment, I dont feel that John took advantage of my ignorance and that the repairs he recommended
