Technician was there on time, he made a recommendations to replace some extra stuff but we only agreed to replace what was already damaged

Great service from New England Overhead Door. The new Liftmaster smart garage door opener is quiet, bright and easy to use. Had a small issue getting the mobile app working properly and Robyn connected me directly with Liftmaster via joint call and the issue was resolved in minutes.

They were great for me. My 16 year old system shorted out unexpectedly. I requested an appointment online and received a call back in almost no time after. David was the gentleman that arrived next day and looked over the system, explained what my different options were. He was never pushy and answered any question I gave him. He tried to bring the old unit back to life, but it likely suffered an electrical surge that just finally killed it. The bill was just over $1,000. He could tell our garage door also had never had any servicing and gave it a thorough cleaning and adjusting. The new system
