UPDATE: Townsend installed mini-split AC units at my house this summer and did a great job on the three hottest days of the summer so far. Very pleased with their work, and their quote was very reasonable (I had several companies bid on the job, and they weren't anywhere near the highest). They showed up when they said they would and worked with me to ensure that the placement of the conduits would work with windows I was having installed.
OLDER REVIEW: I had a new oil burner and boiler installed last month. They did a great job, they were polite, answered all of my questions, and left everything

Just want to tell you about my recent experience with Townsend Energy. On Monday, June 7, 2021, I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Warren Laquerre, who was filling my propane tank. As we spoke, I mentioned that I was unhappy with the very old 100 lb. propane tank which had no gauges. I told him that I had to call Townsend the last two times to deliver propane because I had unknowingly run out of propane. He stated that he would put in a request for a newer tank that came with gauges. It was a very nice and respectful encounter which left me smiling. Well two days later, I was so surprised to see

I've been using Townsend for over 25 years now. They have supplied my propane faithfully over the years. I also had my furnace repaired by them. Their service is excellent! I highly recommend them as a service provider. They also have a division that offers both private and business insurance.
