Visited their office and no one had information available on hand about their building process. This I learned after a 10min wait because no one was at the front desk. Ive heard from corresponding friends in Governors Village that Bold has lost at least six employees in the past couple of months. If they arent prepared or have a knowledgeable person on staff and have their employees running for the door then I wouldnt recommend Bold to build anything.

Building a house from scratch can be daunting and we had our challenges!. But, using boating analogies: Having Jason as the Captain , Beau as his First Mate and Anna as the Cruise Director, it was smooth sailing! I found the best builder and team and thankfully, since I am a very busy person, all I had to do is pick them! This wasn't my first house that I have built from the ground up, so I have dealt with other builders, and BOLD is at the top of my list of The Best!
