Clients consistently praise our ability to seamlessly integrate these additions with existing home architecture.
Sunrooms
Designed for year-round use, our sunrooms combine energy-efficient materials with innovative engineering to provide comfortable extensions of indoor living spaces. National Association of Remodelers data confirms these additions deliver 70-110% ROI while enhancing home aesthetics and usability through open-concept designs.

We handle complex projects like attic conversions and in-law suites with engineering expertise that withstands unexpected challenges, as demonstrated by our successful reinforcement against natural impacts like falling trees.

These architecturally striking decks create distinct outdoor zones while maximizing space functionality. Our designs incorporate safety features and premium materials to ensure durability, with structural calculations verified by licensed engineers to meet local building codes and environmental demands.

They designed and built our 20x20 screened porch with a fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Gorgeous ceiling and beautiful tile floor. The craftsmanship is beautiful! This is now our favorite room in our house.

Great company to work with! Tim is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. His crew is very punctual and conscientious. We love the screen porch and absolutely do not regret having it added to our hone. Even almost 6 years later, it looks as new as it did the day it was completed!

My husband and I highly recommend Creative Renovations! Tim and his experienced team built a screened in porch and later a lower deck for us. It has been quite a few years now, and it still looks amazing and has brought our family many hours of enjoyment outside under the trees. This past weekend as our sons wedding plans had to change, our backyard became the perfect location for an intimate family celebration where all enjoyed dining on the porch and mingling on the deck as it extends into the yard. Tim is also a personal friend who is honest and reliable, and strives to ensure that you are

Last year we selected Creative Renovations to replace our 20 year old 12' x 12' deck with a 15' x 18' screened porch and small side deck for grilling. The project went smoothly and the finished screened porch and deck turned out great. Creative Renovations was able to tie the new porch into our house so it looked like it was originally built with the house. We also really like the open cathedral style design which allows us to easily overlook our back yard. Tim Williams, owner, was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the project. Minor issues during the project were handled to our

I contacted Creative Renovations for a quote to install a Bi-Fold door between my living room and screened in Porch. Tim from CR, was very responsive coming to my house to look at the project and provided me a very competitive quote a day later. The project went according to schedule with Glass Depots who built the door. Tim's carpentry crew was outstanding as they quickly installed a support structure while creating a dead-air space to keep our living room comfortable, created the 9 foot space for the door, installed a manufactured beam for the span that met the engineer's specifications while
