Bill began contracting back in 1975 and focused primarily on design-build projects ranging in scope from remodels to high-end single family residences, condominiums, and land development. In 1990 Bill began working internationally in relief and development and by 1996 had founded Impact Teams International, a non profit 501(c)3 relief organization.

Before we start the construction process, we make 3D models of all islands in-house. From there, we produce accurate renderings, so you can get a clear idea of what your island will look like before it's constructed. Our on-staff craftsmen are highly-skilled and take pride in the construction and installation of all of our outdoor projects.

Here at Eagle, we have a long and diverse background within the design and building environment. We design lots of homes, and we are comfortable designing most types of architectural styles, including: Northwest Contemporary, Craftsman/N.W. Craftsman, Transition, Contemporary, Modern, and more. We offer affordable design rates, and we strive to work together with you to keep your house design within your construction budget.

Let me back up. In July, I started to make an offer on an [Eagle Model] Madrona. In the end, it sold to someone esle. I had toured the model home and really loved it. But, even more, myself and my family were so impressed by the quality of work and design of the model home.
