Roof Replacement
Our roof replacement service addresses damaged or aging roofs with comprehensive solutions for residential and commercial properties. We specialize in asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and tile systems, using premium materials from CertainTeed and Owens Corning. Each project includes old roof removal, structural inspection, and precise installation of energy-efficient materials. Our team completes replacements efficiently while maintaining strict quality control, ensuring long-term protection against Pacific Northwest weather conditions.
Roof Leak Repair
Emergency and scheduled roof leak repairs protect properties from water damage. We diagnose leaks using moisture detection tools and infrared technology, addressing issues in shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems. Services include flashing repair, membrane patching, and gutter system restoration. Our 24/7 emergency response team handles urgent leaks, while preventive maintenance plans help avoid future water intrusion problems in commercial and residential buildings.
Gutter Services
Complete gutter solutions maintain proper roof drainage and prevent water damage. We install, repair, and replace seamless gutters using aluminum and steel materials, with options for leaf protection systems. Our maintenance services include cleaning, realignment, and downspout unclogging to ensure optimal water flow. Commercial properties receive specialized solutions for large-scale drainage systems, while residential clients benefit from seasonal maintenance programs to protect foundations and landscaping.
Roof Inspection
Professional roof inspections identify potential issues before they become major problems. Our certified technicians perform visual assessments, moisture testing, and drone inspections for hard-to-reach areas. Services include hail damage documentation, pre-purchase evaluations, and insurance claim support. Commercial clients receive detailed reports with maintenance recommendations, while homeowners benefit from annual inspection programs that extend roof lifespan and maintain warranty validity.
Roof Cleaning
Roof cleaning services remove algae, moss, and debris to restore appearance and functionality. We use soft-wash techniques with biodegradable solutions for asphalt shingles and pressure washing for durable materials like concrete tiles. The process improves energy efficiency by eliminating dark streaks that absorb heat, while preventing organic growth that damages roofing materials. Regular cleaning extends roof lifespan and maintains property value in moisture-prone Pacific Northwest climates.

First let me say that Marlon is the best! He has always responded to my questions and requests; even after the job was done.
MCS did a great job replacing the roof to my home.
Was so satisfied that I had them also replace the roof to my rental house and recommended MSC to my brother. The price and the quality are excellent and I highly recommend them.

Marlon is awesome. Professional, courteous and overall great quality of work. He helped with fixing some roof vents and also helped take care of some outside rotten trim. Took time to make sure the little things were taken care of to prevent any issues later on. Very respectful guy. He can help with just about anything, roofing, construction, painting. Other contractors may take weeks to get to you, but Marlon and his guys are quick to the job. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future. Thanks Marlon and the team!

Marlon was a great communicator, and the work was top-notch. He improved the appearance and value of my home with a high-quality roof. I appreciate the price, materials, work quality, and how quickly he got this done. Would definitely use again. BTW, his estimate was significantly better than another local company I used, and he showed great integrity in the work and invoicing.
