Lonnie was great and very responsive! I had a clients HVAC go out literally the day before closing. Lonnie immediately went over and installed a new HVAC for my clients the very same day! If it wasnt for him, that closing would have gotten postponed.

My ac unit broke on Saturday night Lonnie sent a tech out at midnight and they diagnosed my unit very quickly, Brett was very helpful and explained all my options we decided to replace the system. Hewetts was out on Sunday morning and had a brand new system in in no time! Thanks once again Hewetts yall are rockstars.

Hewetts is the best HVAC company in NMB! I called them because my a/c stopped working and they beat me to my home and I only work 10 minutes from my house! Very professional & great company! Locally owned too by a father & son team which makes me want to support this company even more! Best company in Myrtle by far! Thanks Hewetts!

I called Hewitts to service an Ac unit at one of my Airbnb rentals where guests were staying and Spoke to Wayne Hewitt at 6pm on Friday evening. I specifically asked for them to give me a call when they were going so I could notify the tenants and also asked for updates on what the issues was and how much it would cost. They did not do either. At 830 pm, the tenants notified me that the tech showed up. 930 pm, Hewitts calls and tells me that they replaced a contactor and also that I have no power to the unit and needed to call an electrician because they don't do electrical?? I hired an electrician
