We provide complete HVAC system installations for residential and commercial properties using premium Trane equipment. Our technicians design customized solutions that optimize energy efficiency and climate control while ensuring proper sizing and configuration for maximum performance. All installations include comprehensive system testing and manufacturer warranty registration.
Maintenance Plans
Our scheduled maintenance agreements include thorough equipment inspections, component lubrication, filter replacements, and performance optimizations. These plans help prevent unexpected breakdowns, improve system efficiency by up to 30%, and extend equipment lifespan while maintaining manufacturer warranty validity through documented service history.
Emergency Repairs
We offer immediate response for HVAC emergencies with same-day service availability. Our certified technicians diagnose and repair all system types using advanced diagnostic tools and carry essential replacement parts to resolve most issues during the initial visit while minimizing equipment downtime.
Air Purification
We install REME-HALO in-duct air purification systems that eliminate 99% of airborne contaminants including viruses, bacteria, and allergens. These systems use hydro-peroxide plasma technology to actively clean air throughout entire buildings while improving filtration efficiency through particle coagulation.
Ductless Systems
We design and install ductless HVAC solutions for spaces without existing ductwork. These systems provide zoned temperature control with wall-mounted indoor units connected to outdoor condensers, offering energy-efficient heating and cooling without major structural modifications.

Pridgen brothers came to my rescue again today. My AC croaked on one of the hottest days of the summer and freaked! I called PB and told them I had an 81year old bedridden parent with breathing issues and my AC had died and needed it repaired asap. I was desperate! Lo and behold they had arrived and put on a new fan motor and had the ac running in 3 hours from when I called. Weve been using them for 18 years and are so pleased with their service. Thank you Pridgen brothers!

So far so good will up date at later time. Finished installing Heat Pump system , half outside half inside. Works fantastic and super quite. I've had this unit 12 years and only had 2 problems but pridgen bros repaired them under warranty fast and efficient. Jef seems to know their product perfectly and is someone I consider some one who has a high level of integrity. My next unit if I ever need one will come from Pridgen Brothers.
