"I am so disappointed in Aqua Bright that I feel inclined to post a review to warn others, especially after reading a few of the recent ones that expressed similar complaints. James was great in analyzing our problems. We changed over to this company because the prior vendor did not know how to service a fiberglass pool/spa and had created some costly problems. So we agreed to pay more than double what we had been ($172/month) in order to get our spa (10-person inground) serviced

We had the full service pool cleaning and maintenance. Multiple times I had to call and remind them to leaf eat the pool. Way over priced for just sweeping down the sides and putting tabs in the skimmer. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because they did come out when we had an algae issue and tried to clear it up. As far as a regular maintenance service... you are better off buying your own tabs and sweeping once a week. Same result.
