My daughter used them to put in a pool.She told Kevin she just had thousands of dollars in landscaping done.He told her no problem. They would replace the walkway which was the main concern. She was told not a problem. The same question was put to the contractor who installed the pool. No problem. After months of trying to contact Kevin she was told. Read our contract. We are doing nothing. Please don't think this is someone going boo hoo.i wanted more. My daughter is an extremely successful business woman who knows exactly what she is signing on for. My Review of Inground Pools of Paradise (since they will not let me post the review on their page!):
Not in a million years would I recommend this company! I would NEVER recommend doing business with Kevin. I had an expensive gravel path that I was very adamant needed to be put back into place when the crews were done. Multiple conversations were had - they have been telling me for MONTHS this would get done and this wouldn't be an issue. When I finally did get the crew to come out, they requested additional money! Since I did not agree, Kevin replied "read your contract" and that they don't do

Working with their team was such a simple process. I had already put down a downpayment with another contractor but was a little hesitant to start the project. Sat down with Kevin and he answered every question built credibility immediately. He and his team have been doing this for years. They know what they are doing and they get the job done. I noticed some other folks whining about things on other reviews about their project. You have to understand and Kevin said this upfront. "THIS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT!" But when the project is complete man its worth it in the end. You want it done right

Once money was paid, pool was in it was very hard to get anyone here, we actually told him we wanted Carlos, but he and his crew were in quarantine so, we even told them we would wait till June so we could get Carlos who did my niece’s pool or just give us a schedule we can work around( he says he don’t run a business like that)..
The 21 days contract says would be done is now ...36...

Great company! Kevin is a super builder and project manager. Despite COVID, he got our permits and the design very quickly. Once the pool shell arrived, it was in the ground in two days. Kevin constantly came by the project site to check on things and even got us a saltwater system at the last minute. Amazing guy and amazing company crews. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I have never seen an “owner” of a company lie and continue to be rude to a paying customer. He was childish and had an excuse for any problem instead of reassuring the customer. The crews weren’t bad, so don’t get me wrong. However, if you would like to avoid headaches, having to constantly worry when work will get done with no updates, I recommend you find someone else. Please look at the other reviews, if there are this many complaints I heed you to listen.

Had a phenomenal experience with this company. The sales staff was very professional and patient when it came to asking our various questions. The installation of the pool went really smooth and was much less headache than original I had thought. The gentleman installing the pool were all very respectful and accommodating. Thank you Pools of Paradise for giving us a wonderful looking Pool.

We used Pools of Paradise last summer to install our pool. The crews were on time and diligent. We had the normal issues that would occur with any new construction, but Kevin the owner gave us his assurance that he would stand by the installation. I am here to say that Kevin was a man of his word and we love our new pool. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin and team were outstanding. Great subcontractors performing work. Work started when promised and pool ready by July 4th weekend. Had a few rainy days but all in all construction phase went well. We are very satisfied with pool and back yard makeover. Look forward to doing business with Inground Pools of Paradise again next year as with a new born baby we will be getting a pool cover for child safety.
