A shout out to Jimmy G with Cool Air Solutions and his attentiveness to my system. On the day of the appointment he texted to let me know the expected time of arrival and then again when he was on his way. This was much appreciated as it relieved the stress of waiting for a service call window. Jimmy also took the time to explain my system to… me, show me how to change my filters, and care for my system. He also took the time to discuss the options and price points. This was above and beyond appreciated. At the end of the day my system was fixed and is working again and I feel more confident

First of all, this was the best service from start to finish. I have 2 AC units and 1 needed repair and was leaking Freon R22. It was 18 years old and repaired twice. So decided to interview for a new one. It was a long records for me. I'm not educated on AC units. Ultimately for my upstairs I decided I did not need variable speed. This decision suited my needs and saved me money. Jay was the sales person snd he was wonderful. He was patient with all my questions. I chose a Lenox 2.5. They did not even ask for a deposit! You pay in full after the work is done. This is rare to find anymore
