Air Duct Cleaning
Our air duct cleaning service removes accumulated dust, allergens, and debris from HVAC systems using professional-grade equipment. This improves indoor air quality, enhances system efficiency, and reduces energy costs. The process includes HEPA vacuuming, power brushing, and sanitization to ensure complete contaminant removal for both residential and commercial properties.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional dryer vent cleaning eliminates lint buildup that causes fire hazards and appliance inefficiency. Our 5-step process includes disassembling the vent system, thorough brushing, lint trap cleaning, and airflow testing. Regular maintenance prevents overheating, reduces drying times, and extends appliance lifespan.
HVAC Maintenance
Comprehensive HVAC maintenance services ensure optimal system performance year-round. We inspect components, clean coils, check refrigerant levels, and verify electrical connections. Regular maintenance prevents breakdowns, improves energy efficiency, and extends equipment longevity for both residential and commercial clients.

We had trouble drying our clothes in the dryer in one cycle. We were nervous that it was the dryer but started with getting our vents cleaned since we never in 4 years had them cleaned. Nicks team came out about an hour later. They were friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned the vent & dryer, and offered advice about cleaning the screen. Dryer is working once again with no issues! We highly recommend them!

As always whenever we have sold or purchase a home , the first thing I do is call Nick's Dryer vent cleaners. Well this time was the best money we ever spent. Nick came out and found two broken and disconnected dryer vent pipes. Nick his team from Cali Breeze AC open up the wall and repaired and clean 27years of lint. That pipe was never connected by the original builder properly. Thank you NICK and Thank you CAli Breeze AC.and David.
