Optimal Air & Heating recently did Maitenance on my 2 furnaces and installed 2 drain pans under the cooling coils in case I ever had any issues with leaking water.
I'm very pleased with the install and the through job they did! Thanks again Amy for the terrific follow up and to Anthony and Brennan for doing excellent work!

My AC is over 20 years old and starting to show its age. Jim from Optimal Air came out to take a look. I was really impressed with his honesty. Rather than trying to sell me a new system, Jim took the time to see what he could do to give my AC a few more years of service. He explained everything up front and gave me several options. AC works GREAT. When the time comes to replace my AC, I will definitely call Optimal Air.

THANK YOU!!!! I had an issue with my AC making a buzzing sound and the fan would not spin. I had another company come out. What a Nightmare! Of course they wanted me to buy a new unit from $8k-$35k. The repairs alone $1,600 with no guarantee. Needless to say I was stressed. I had read a review from that same company (Cool Air Solutions). The customer had a similar experience and stated that she contacted Optimal Air. So that's what I did. Amy was amazing! Jim and Amy were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Jim came and fixed my ac within a day even though they were all booked. I will definitely have their service again for any ac/heating issues or ac installation in future.
