My husband needed a piece of glass for an upright pinball machine He is building. The glass had to be absolutely perfect as there was no tolerance or clearance in the cabinet that he had built. The dimensions of the glass which is tempered had to be 100% accurate. When we picked up the glass it was absolutely 100% perfect! This is now the second time we have used them for a project and the glass was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend them for any project you may have!

Great experience from start to finish. Tara did a great job designing our master shower glass that included a very challenging angle. The install team led by Steve did an amazing job and even left a spotless installation site! Thank you to all !

They went above and beyond. We had a broken cabinet glass, and they were able to cut a new one quickly and reasonably priced. Recommended.

Edit: I should have mentioned we were asked to bring in a peice of the broken glass which we did. We were never told they couldn't make the glass. Why would I waste my own time?**
We dropped off measurements and sent pictures of what we needed 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back for an estimate. I have also called twice and left a voice mail each time with no return to call. I am shocked at the lack of customer service. The lady we spoke to originally was super nice and detailed. We had high hopes but there wasn't any follow through.

We have used Creative Reflections twice now for replacement glass tops. The first was to replace a glass inlay that broke when my cat pulled a curtain rod off the wall and it crashed onto the table. The second was to make glass table tops for my mothers new living room tables. We couldnt be happier with their work! Their prices are fair; their measurements accurate and their staff always very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend without hesitation and plan to go to them again should the need arise.
