We had what may or may not have been a broken window frame. Not wishing to make matters worse by trying to fix it, I called Glass Pros. The phone was answered by a charming woman that set us up with an evaluation appointment. Reese arrived at the prescribed time and not only evaluated the situation but fixed it on the spot ! On the issue of courtesy, it was pouring rain during Reeses visit. He didnt enter until his shoes were dry and repaired the window (open at times) without any trace of water or mess ! We will definitely call Glass Pros for anything windows related...Thank you ! Mark
