We worked with Greenpoint to have our new hot water heater installed. Upon first notice, we immediately noticed how thorough Matt was with his explanation so that we would understand what exactly was needed. On the day of the installation they were on time, courteous and professional. Matt made sure to answer any questions we had during the process. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done in their own home.

I had been looking for a good plumber in my area. Greenpoint came up as a referal on a local fb page. I decided to give Matt a try based on the reviews I had read. I am happy to say that I have found a very good plumber! Both my husband and I are very satisfied with the quality of work, Matt's friendliness and professionalism. His prices are fair and reasonable for the job involved. He replaced a pressurized water pipe reinforcing and stabilizing it. He straightened out my bathtub drain pipe fixing the slant so the water flows down and drains better. He installed a new showerhead, faucet on/off
