I called to schedule an appointment to fix our heater, as it is incredibly frigid. When booked for the next day the customer service receptionist quoted $249 for a 4:30 pm appointment instead of the $69 advertised on their website. When I asked why she said it was because that rate only applied to regular business hours. So, I scheduled a regular business hours appointment for yesterday. No show, no call, no text and when I called two separate times no answer. Its freezing and we are now left without heat because they didnt show up or even text!!

The repairman, Bryan, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He took the time to explain what had happened with the pipe to cause the leak and how it was going to be fixed. His level of professionalism was exceeded only by his friendliness and efficiency!
