They are the nicest people ever until after the purchase is done. I ordered over $1000 worth of light's and supplies and ended up with the wrong lights so I let the sales guy know and he said, via email, that I can bring them up and swap them for the lights I need. I do not live nearby and the client was heading to Denver so she offered to swing them by and swap them for me. Upon arriving they said that there would be a difference of nearly $300 so I got on the phone with the sales guy and explained the email
and he saw there wasn't anything about a cost difference that was mentioned so instead

I have had my system for 5 years now and I am having to replace the controller now for the 4th time. Luckily enough 2 out of the 3 times it was under warranty which means they went out within a year. Also have noticed that I have some of the leds out on some of my lights. My experience with leds is they dont really last like they claim they do and you replace the whole fixture instead of just a bulb and that gets expensive vs. a light bulb. Technology? Great when it works. Expensive when it needs repaired! And the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with of any company in my

I purchased 11 PNP Post Light Tear Drop Light Dark Copper Vein deck lights less than 3 years ago. Many of the lights have gone totally dark and others with significant dimming implying burned out LEDs. Some of lights are still fully functional. All the lights are on the same wiring system and transformer along with auto sensors. I now have inside stairs project that I want to install lights under stair treads. I have been trying for weeks to reach the original rep that assisted and even contacted the general Dekor sales email address but no response. At this point not sure how much I would trust

The associates I worked (Alex, Mike and Rachel) were AMAZING. Very knowledgeable, helpful answered my questions in a timely manner. Product delivery is lightning fast and the product (I have yet to use - NextGen Paver dots and string lights) look spectacular. The least I can do is give them a 5 star rating.
