You will be meeting with LET Design Works to go over your electrical, low voltage, and decorative fixture options. Your sales team will send us your contact information. We will then contact you to schedule an appointment. During your meeting, a room by room explanation of the electrical and/or low voltage builder standards will be reviewed.
Your LET Design Consultant will answer questions, as well as offer suggestions on how to personalize your new home. After your meeting, you will receive an email with a copy of the revised drawings, along with an itemized list of the total cost of upgrades selected. Lastly, you will finalize your selections by signing your paperwork via DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
