At our home, we had an issue with the handle of one of our toilets and two other small issues with toilet seats. They quoted us over $700 and tried to upsell us on things we didn't need. In the end, we declined the service, went to Lowes for a $5 handle and two $35 toilet seats, watched a YouTube video, and successfully fixed the problems while saving $600. Absolutely ridiculous price for such small issues. Would not recommend their service in the future.

They really do go above and beyond! While one guy was fixing my bathtub faucet, The other one was fixing my front door because when he came in he noticed it was out of alignment. No extra charge. Shockingly good level of service! They definitely have my business from now on.

WOW! What great work. Exceeded my expectations for coming so soon after I called and completing the work the next day. Yes, some added costs only because builder did not put a drain under the hotwater heater. The tech BIll (hoping I remembered his name correctly) he did maticulus work and explained as he went along. We had some great conversations also. So I can rest assured that my "New" hotwater heater will be running well and efficiently for many years. Thank you, Your phone number will remain in my phone for future work if needed.

I've had standing water in my kitchen sink since Christmas...I finally called for serviced this morning. We scheduled my service call for Monday, the first available time. Happily they called back because they could actually come by today. Miles was here at the argeed upon time, and quickly fixed the problem. We also discussed some future items for which I'll need a plumber, and I'll definitely be calling Linn Benton! Thanks, Miles, for the friendly, professional service.
