Quick and great service with competitive pricing. Juan did an excellent job! Replaced the kitchen faucet, lines and all the shut-off valves. Tested everything to make sure no leaks happened again. The cause: hot water flex line was blocked and pressure caused it to pop off at the faucet connection. This happened at 11:30 p.m. the previous night and soaked the kitchen. We had a hard time locating the pressurized hot water line, hence all the flooding. Also couldnt turn the shut-off initially until wrench was applied. Its unknown how old the kitchen lines were - but we know now! THANK YOU A

The first time I used them, to replace a water heater, things could not have been better. The price quoted was the same as the bill, arrived when promised, etc. The only issues were they didn't shut off the electricity and ended up blowing out an outlet next to the water heater and drug the old water heater onto the lawn removing a portion of sod with it. The second service call was HORRIBLE! Communication was so bad it was frustrating. They kept giving me a window of time that the servicemen would be at the house, to clear the drain, then they wouldn't show up during that window of time! They

Their quote was over $5300 for of course things that didnt need to be done. Arc plumbing came in and did everything but they said they were going to do and more for $1200. Where A1 was going to replace the thermostat on my hot water heaterArc plumbing gave me an entire new hot water heater. And even when they said they were going to replace the thermostat they said it might not even solve the problem. They are criminals even to the point of taking advantage of disabled veterans
