We used O'Bannon after trying to contact another plumber in our area who was not responsive. O'Bannon came out immediately, found the pipe had collapsed, and ultimately replaced our sewer line to the street. We had to wait a couple of months for the City of Chicago to fix their issue before O'Bannon could come back out and fix ours. Once they were able to proceed, they came out right away to finish the job. They were friendly, responsive, and knew what they were doing. I'll not use another company for my plumbing and sewer issues. They were absolutely the best!

These guys were beyond amazing. We had been dealing with interrelated drain clogs and sewage line issues repeatedly over the years so I finally contracted them after trying all other fixes, large and small. They brought a full team to tackle every problem drain, recommended a maintenance plan for our future remodel, cleaned the bathroom tub, laundry room and kitchen floor of any mess, and even removed a garbage disposal that was causing more damage. Best of all, I felt the quote was well worth the time they put into every minute of service. I'm so happy I called!

Notice my main drain was clogged so I called obannon 10 minutes later Jose called and said they'd be here in 5 minutes after finding the pipe because it was underwater 10 minutes later water flowing and a lot of Roots taken out can't thank Saul & Jose enough

Very pleased with O'bannon plumbing . Which was referred to me by a company that didn't service the Belmont Craigin area. Saul and his crew came in and professionally removed failing cast iron drain and vent lines in my walls and basement in a clean and efficient manner. Everyone on the team was courteous and transparent with my questions and concerns about the job they did for me. I would use them again and recommend to others in a heart beat.
