Im a pretty flexible and patient person. I certainly understand when unexpected issues come up. With that being said, we ordered a door from Jaydor back in the spring of 2021. We still do not have our door installed. Its a simple one car door. After not hearing from them after they were here for measurements, I called them only to find out they forgot to place the order. Months later, they showed up with the wrong color. Today, (months after the wrong color), they came with the wrong size. How does a company stay in business when this is their customer service. And not once, have I received

Oftentimes a company's strength emerge when there is a problem or miscommunication. Jaydor's owner resolved a billing problem with us and even called us from his vacation. their work is excellent as is the ownership

Horrible experience with Jaydoor. They quoted everything and I paid 3 months ago. My first appoint (3months later) was canceled the day of because they installer got held up with work. It was rescheduled 2 weeks later with a little discount so I was fine that that. But when they actually came to install the garagedoor, the installer never brought the locks to lock the garage door. He told me I had to wait a week for someone to come out and install the lock. Now I am stuck with an unfinished project that put my house at risk of theft for an entire week! This is unbelievable!! How are they conducting

A few months ago I asked for recommendations for a new garage door. I got the names of3 really good contractors recommendations who all gave me quick quotes, itemized and were very professional! We decided to use The Jaydor Company out of Norristown. They were the best priced, Jim, my salesman, actually lives across the street from me, and the installation was 5 hours. Great job and THANK YOU!!!!

We had Jaydor come to our house for a quote and were very impressed w/ Jack Ruggiero and the presentation of the products they had to offer.
Jack said the quote was good for one year and was not an irritating , pushy salesman just looking for his commission. We finally decided to get the doors, Jack said it would take 6-8 weeks and we got the call after 5 weeks. They set up the install @ my convenience and had them installed today. My wife is so happy and the doors look beautiful. The install was done professionally and totally spotless after he left. If your looking for new doors Jaydor

HORRIBLE experience overall. My husband had a great experience with Robert, the sales guy. From there, it went downhill. We had an appointment set for our job to be completed - new garage door openers, keypads, gaskets etc. we waited a couple of weeks for the day of the appointment which was perfectly fine but the day of, they sent out a subcontractor who didnt have most of what was needed for the job in parts and who only had an 8ft ladder for our 10ft garage doors. We were under the impression that our appointment was for the job to be completed. There was NO communication that most of the
