Came out to take a look within a few hours of being called. Identified the problem, and then came back the next day with what was needed to fix. They might not have been the cheapest, but I'd rather pay a bit more for the confidence that the problem is solved and I won't need them again any time soon. The garage door has never been as smooth and quiet in the 6 years we've used it. Would call again.

Showed up at a moment's notice and fixed our garage door, which was bent, and the garage opener/closer. We thought we would have to buy brand new garage doors but he saved us thousands by fixing what we had! Friendly and did a great job!

We hired this company to look at our garage and fix it. They never showed up! We called and the owner even acknowledged they didn't show up. He offered to reschedule but we'll work with someone else who shows up instead.

Never showed up. I called and got appointment 30 days later. Called day before to remind them, Said they were coming around 12 noon, did not show, did not call. I tried several times during whole week also I left several messages, No reply. Finally, I got in touch with them after a month and a half. I got an appointment after 15 days. I called a day earlier and spoke to him and he said I need to check if technician available and will call you right back, did not get a callback. waiting months to get a door fixed is unacceptable. They never keep promises they give, Be careful when you get service

I called and they came out right away and said they fixed door. Two days later door problem was back they came out second time & said I needed new opener for $400. I called company of opener and they sent me part & I fixed it. When I called asking for refund they said they would give me 50% off a second service. I said no I wanted refund. Owner said he would call me back. No call back & no return call after I left two messages. I would not recommend this company.
