We recently did business with Hanover Lock and Safe. Matt (the younger guy), was friendly, knowledgeable and "very" helpful. He knows all there is to know and is an asset to this business. We were very satisfied with the service we received! When you go there just make sure that you only get Matt to wait on you!! ;-))

I went there for a key to be cut, and the employee actually fixed my small lock box catch, so that it worked properly. No charge after I insisted! We need more people like this.

The customers before and after me got great service from a younger guy there. I too have dealt with him in the past with success. But recently I got stuck with an old guy who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Very uncharacteristic compared to every other employee in their office.
