TER Septic: is a local family owned "Septic, Site & Utility" subcontractor based out of Tomball Texas. I, Thomas Ratliff Jr. (Owner), have been serving the Texas construction industry for over 25 years. I have followed in my family's footsteps. I've now worked on small projects in people's backyards to $1.5 Million dollar projects.
In my personal free time I enjoy jamming out with the guys as the lead guitarist & using my pilot's license to fly around with my beautiful wife & kids. My staff here at TER Septic has undergone extensive training and educational courses to become certified by the state. Our staff includes an Engineer on staff to answer design needs, estimating needs, as well as fielding operational questions.
Our goal is to serve our customers to the best of our potential whether it is a residential customer or a large general contractor in the commercial industry. We offer 24-hour emergency service for all maintenance customers. When it comes to septic, we have you covered.

Allow us to design your Septic System & get it permitted by the appropriate county office. 1/2 Acre of Land (21,780 Sq-Ft) for a single-family home that is served by a central public water supply. 1 Acre of Land (43,560 Sq-Ft) for a single-family home in areas where individual wells are used for water supply.

Email Harris County to pull an open records request on the property to get all information that the county has on file. Fill out the [OSSF Permit Application] -> Then give it to an Engineer or a Registered Sanitarian to fill out the rest. Step 12: ____ If you receivewater from a public utility district or company, you must provide a letter on letterhead from that company stating water service will be provided to your property.

In general, it's highly recommended NOT to put grease down the sink to protect your expensive Septic System. The sludge (solid waste) at the bottom of the tank determines when the tank is pumped. A licensed Maintenance Technician uses a sludge judge (long plastic pipe) to accurately measure the sludge level in the tank.
