Services
Water Damage Restoration
Our certified technicians provide rapid water removal and structural drying using truck-mounted extraction equipment and industrial dehumidifiers. We follow IICRC standards to classify water damage severity and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Our pack-out services protect contents while restoring properties to pre-loss condition within 3-4 days.
Fire Damage Restoration
We offer comprehensive fire restoration including structural repairs, smoke odor removal, and content cleaning. Our thermal fogging and ozone generation technologies eliminate persistent smoke odors. We coordinate emergency board-up services and work with insurance providers to streamline recovery processes for residential and commercial properties.
Mold Remediation
Our licensed specialists perform mold inspection, containment, and removal following IICRC S520 standards. We use HEPA vacuuming and antimicrobial treatments to eliminate mold spores. Our moisture source identification prevents future growth while negative air pressure systems contain contamination during remediation processes.
Sewage Cleanup
We handle Category 3 water emergencies with specialized PPE and EPA-registered disinfectants. Our technicians isolate contaminated areas and perform complete structural drying to prevent microbial regrowth. We follow OSHA regulations for biohazard waste disposal and provide documentation for insurance claims processing.
Commercial Restoration
Our commercial restoration services minimize business interruptions through rapid response and phased reconstruction. We maintain regulatory compliance with California building codes and implement safety protocols for occupied facilities. Our project managers coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure complete property recovery.
Questions
Does homeowners insurance cover water damage restoration?
Coverage depends on damage cause. Sudden incidents like burst pipes are typically covered, but flood damage requires separate riders. We document mitigation steps to support insurance claims.
How long does property drying take after water damage?
Structural drying typically takes 3-4 days using commercial-grade equipment. Moisture meters track progress until optimal dryness levels are achieved, preventing mold growth and secondary damage.
Should I attempt water cleanup myself?
Avoid DIY attempts for significant water damage. Improper drying leaves hidden moisture that causes mold. Our certified technicians use specialized equipment to ensure complete structural drying and prevent future complications.
What happens to water-damaged belongings?
We inventory and remove contents for professional cleaning. Category 1 water items often get restored while Category 3 contaminated materials require specialized treatment or disposal following biohazard protocols.
How do you identify water damage sources?
Our technicians use thermal imaging and moisture mapping to trace hidden leaks. Identifying the source ensures complete repair and prevents recurring damage during the restoration process.

If I could give 0 stars I would!
USE THIS CO AT YOUR OWN RISK! BEWARE!!! I had a house fire in Feb. I was referred by my home insurance co. to Superior. They came out and fenced it off, secured my property - nice bunch of guys. (Beware of excessive costs with this. Imagine paying thousands for straw rolls placed around you 1425 sq foot home!)
WORST EVER when it came time to demo and rebuild. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- the demo was not completed my insurance paid them anyway sight unseen - then they added costs for "labor" they "forgot" in the estimate. They were paid for that.
