Positive:Professionalism
I waited to post review after heavy rains (Jan 1st) weekend. The crew installed eight windows. No leaks. They were professional and on time. Angel/Jeremy/John did great work. I would use them again.

EXTREMELY happy with Sharp Glass. Adam showed up on time (even a little early) for the initial consultation, gave me a (great) estimate and explained what work would be done. I was THRILLED with the work done by the technicians, Jeremy (and the other gentleman, I forgot his name)! These guys were great, not just from a technical perspective but also a customer service perspective. They were very careful with makingsure the door was closed so the cats didn't get out, made sure with the windows open that the cats wouldn't want to try to get out of the space, cleaned up after themselves

Barb said "oh I'm glad you called. He had to change the appointment." Oh um ok. I guess I'm glad I called too since he was scheduled to arrive in 30 minutes. Barb said he could come the following week. Literally 7 days later! 10 minutes before Adam is supposed to arrive again, Barb called my husband and says they

Replaced a sliding window and the glass only in some others. They were on time, provided a clean, good looking install, and were first class in every respect. Highly recommend.
