The technician repaired the problem in less than 20 minutes and used a part that was less than $60. The company charged me $416 for 20 minutes work. That equals $1219 per hour rate for the actual labor they worked. This company is a rip off!

Had a leak in my copper pipe that was repaired. This was after hours (6:00 pm- 9:45 pm). I appreciated that I was able to have this repaired on an emergency basis. Since it was after-hours it was more expensive of course.

As always, the service was outstanding but the responding technician, Chris went above and beyond what was expected. He was courteous and patient in explaining the details of the needed repairs and performed the work in a timely manner. Efficiency, courtesy and professional service today is very hard to find. Thanks, for assigning such an able employee to fix our A/C problem.
