The company seems very disorganized. The receptionist whom I assume is new, gave me conflicting information about a fee of $90... which was a trip fee? She said that the contractor had trouble finding parking... which is not true. We live in a big house and we have plenty of parking in front. Also the receptionist said she will send us a bill that same day even though no work was done... and we never received anything. She must have confused us with someone else? We never received a bill and we are still left confused... Then we called and asked again and she said it was an estimate? Then we got

I had to have my kitchen faucet replaced, and really wanted to do the work myself. However, without the right tools was not able to removed the old faucet. Enter Drain King Plumbers. The entire team was really efficient. Tyler, in particular, was wonderful. He really knew his stuff. The entire job took less time that I had thought and everyone at Drain King was very understanding about the challenges with parking (or lack thereof) in my building.
