The owner, Ed, is fantastic. From renting and returning a uhaul, to renting a storage space, he was extremely helpful and personable. We even went and got tacos at a food truck around the corner when I returned my uhaul the first time. Very nice. My second experience with William was also great. Very courteous, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend

Everything started out wonderful since it was very short notice that I needed the unit however I hadn't even had the unit for 24 hours and I call to get a refund because I was able to keep my place that I was staying out so I no longer needed it and was informed that all I'll be getting back of my$150 I spent was the $25 deposit and it hasn't even been a full day maybe right at!!!
Response: I understand he made a special trip and I'm not requesting a full refund, I get tine is money. I was just hoping to get more than just a deposit back. But its cool, good luck and God bless!!!

Safe local storage. Made me jump through many hoops to recover my number when I forgot it. (Damn glad they did, too.)
