Terrible service. They didn't have all for windows installed. Only installed 5 of 7 windows claiming I only purchased 5 windows. I had to argue with Diamond Head rep, then they said others 2 are delayed, making like it was my fault. I said it's an inconvenience to take off work again for another installation. Respond was that I just leave my house unlocked for the workers to install the other 2 windows and if anything gets stolen...that's the reason you have home insurance for. I later spoke to someone else about this and they apologized.

I have been waiting for 8 months to get a project completed I call dont get a call back all I get is excuses after excuses. George says he will call back and does not. Customers should be ware of this company. They dont care about customers

Called Diamond Head Windows and Doors to have 3 windows replaced, but was informed that a minimum of 6 windows must be replaced in order to move forward with placing a order to replace windows.
