As someone who is a novice to jalousie and window installation, having a team like RMA sales is phenomenal. They are amazing at customer service. I work with Reid and hes always easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable and very patient in explaining things. This is quite frankly the opposite you will get at many other places around the island; trust me Ive been to most of them. But customer service is only backed up with a quality product. And Im very pleased with the quality of my vinyl strip hardware and PVC blades that go with them. They have all the other options you could want but I

I have been working with Reid Nakahara of RMA sales on ordering the hardware for our custom jalousie window for several weeks. He was so helpful and patient in giving me advice on all the options to include consideration for safety and security (the window is near our front door) and the humidity and weather on the Windward side. We ordered white vinyl strips with pvc louver blades and just installed it today. The directions were very clear and it fit perfect! The order was completed sooner than expected and he made arrangements to be there personally when it was picked up. Also he and his company

These folks are super helpful with great customer service. My contractor had me work with RMA Sales to select new windows, made to order. They stand by their workmanship and make products that look as good as they perform. Even better, they manufacture their products right here in Hawaii. Support local business!
