Even though he was tremendously backlogged due to the recent heat wave, Bill dropped by at 8 PM a few days after I phoned and quickly repaired our AC, being very friendly as he did so. I would definitely use his services again!

I never really never knew how to work the heat pump. Now I do. Ethan was so patient in teaching me how to make what was so complicated really simple! I wasn't at all impressed with the heat pump that came with my house but it's amazing! Now that Ethan set it up correctly. Now all I ever have to do is set the mode to whatever or just turn the thing off. This was a call for maintenance and turned into heat pump school. Gonna save me a bunch of money this winter because I won't need to augment with those very expensive baseboards. Thanks Ethan and Mair!

I was selling my house and needed the heat pump checked out for the new owner. First time we tried Bill Mair Heating and Air, he was recommended by a friend. To our surprise our house , which we bought new from a local builder, installed the Heat Pump incorrectly. Instead of saying it's not working correctly and selling me a new unit. Bill took the time to make the original installation correctly. It was refreshing to have someone as honest, personable, and professional as Bill.

Excellent service for my mother. I set up the inspection and installation for her, and she felt very comfortable with them, and their explanations on how her new heating and a/c system works. We found out Bill Mair had installed the original unit when the house was built about 25 years ago, and I'm glad this new system was also installed by him. I would highly recommend this company for their quality and customer service.
