Jet customer service is outstanding from your first phone call. Even during these crazy times this company actually took the time to come out and quote our tiny job and fit us into their schedule. Jacob and his apprentice were cheerful and efficient. They did of a fantastic job and continued to do so even thru the minor tweaks that were needed. I would definitely recommend this company to others and already have! Thank you so much. Your customer care is some of the best we've ever experienced in a service organization.

I don't remember the young man's name but, he was phenomenal! My heat pump quit working a few weeks back and Jet was the earliest service appointment I could get. They showed up when they said they would. The technician was very polite and professional. Within the first five minutes of being at my house the issue was identified. Turned out to be a bad capacitor for the furnace fan. He didn't stop there though. He went through the whole system to ensure there weren't any other issues. JET is the third HVAC company that has worked on my system in the last two years and this is the first time I feel
