We had dreams of building an eco-friendly, custom, universal design home for our lakefront property. We built our home with Rich and his team in 2015 and love our home as much today as when we moved in. Their attention to detail and planning through the whole process made building our home enjoyable with little stress. Great architect and interior designer provided the perfect floor plan and beautiful finishes. The "co-construct" software made selections easy and prices transparent as we were able to communicate with Heartland's team every step of the building process. We would not hesitate to build with Heartland again.

We worked with the Heartland team to build a home in late 2011 and took possession in winter February of 2012. Weve been in the home for six years now and have no complaints. If anything went wrong it was minor, and Heartland has always been there to stand behind their work. Initially, my wife was very hesitant to engage in the building process, but in the end she was extremely happy that we did so. Working with the heartland team ended up being a great experience and we would not hesitate to use them again if faced with that opportunity.
