Had work quoted with three different companies for a home addition, GRC was by far the most responsive and helpful. Due to personal events we did not end up building the addition but I will use GRC for any future projects.

I called to ask some questions about a structural engineer when my lender told me I would need to have a structural engineer review the foundation of the home I was buying. Grand Rapids Construction provided me a quote and advised me on BOCA homes being considered stick built after 1998. I took this information back to my lender and got them to review their lending structure for my loan. Long story short, Grand Rapids Constructions knowledgeable advice saved me a TON of money and time. Thank you sooo much for taking the time to help me through my questions.
