Every project receives a 10-year workmanship warranty covering leaks and material defects, with additional manufacturer warranties on roofing materials. Our team ensures minimal disruption to property occupants during the installation process.
Roof Repairs
Our repair services address storm damage, leaks, and general wear. We conduct thorough inspections to identify underlying issues before performing repairs. Emergency services include temporary leak prevention and tarping until permanent solutions can be implemented. All repairs follow industry safety standards and building code requirements for long-term durability.
Insurance Claims Assistance
We guide clients through the insurance claims process for storm-damaged roofs. Our team documents damage with photographic evidence and prepares detailed estimates for submission. We communicate directly with insurance adjusters to ensure proper coverage for repairs or replacements. This service includes follow-up documentation and clarification requests when needed.
Architectural Shingle Installation
We install high-quality architectural shingles that offer superior durability compared to standard 3-tab shingles. Our installation process includes proper underlayment application and ventilation optimization. These shingles provide enhanced curb appeal with dimensional textures and color options that meet HOA requirements in residential communities.
Roof Inspections
Our comprehensive inspections identify roof condition, potential leaks, and code compliance issues. We provide digital reports with photographs and repair recommendations. Inspections include gutter systems, flashing details, and ventilation components. This service helps property owners plan maintenance budgets and identify insurance claim eligibility for storm damage.

The owners Harrison & Angel are very quick to respond. They have been very professional and helpful with making insurance claims and performing multiple jobs at my home. They are passionate about what they do and make the process easy for the home owner. We have used these men to do roofing , flooring and fencing at two of our own personal properties. We would highly recommend these men and their team to get the job done !

I called on Solotzo Roofing for a roofing replacement estimate. Harrison Layne came as scheduled, and did a thorough and detailed inspection of the property and later submitted the proposed estimates for the work in a very timely manner. Everything was being done in a very professional way but for some personal reasons, I had to cancel the transaction since the buyer of my property agreed to take over the repairs. I gave a star less rating only because the project didnt push thru. I hope to be able to do business with Harrison or Solotzo Roofing some other ways. Thanks ...
