Unresponsive and blame customers for their poor organization.
Bryjo came out to my house to view the house and provide an estimate. They never sent anything to me after a year of excuses such as we are behind, someone broke an ankle, so and so got covid. A year! Then they tell me they can't provide one to me because I have been unresponsive. I have a full email trail of following up with them. I wouldn't hire them anyway after their terrible response and delayed estimate.

When our house burned, we turned to neighbors who also experienced a major house fire. Their reports were excellent on the work of Bryjo so we felt secure in selecting them for our rebuild.

Called to get more information on company. Robin was great to talk to and explained their process. Sounds like they would be a great company but I called in November and they are so busy said it would be March or April before they could start.

We had a 60+ year old red oak pushed over onto our home in the 10/20/19 Dallas tornadoes. BRY-JO came out promptly and Mike and Bryan got an estimate together to help out insurance understand the extent of the damage. When we finally came to an agreement with our adjuster, the week of Thanksgiving, BRY-JO's team repaired us in a week. They had us back into our home by Christmas, and also gave us free insulation as they patched our ceiling, which had caved in. We're better off than we were before! We're so grateful and would highly recommend BRY-JO. We hope to use them again for more remodeling

I chose BRY-JO because they 1) understood what I wanted and needed 2) were experienced with homes of my age and location 3) and committed to doing the job right. When the roof replacement start, I was blown away by the crew and the overall service that was delivered. The team at BRY-JO are top notch and beyond trustworthy, they treated my home as their own. Michael and team come with my highest of recommendations.

Thank you Maria and Bry-Jo for our wonderful kitchen remodel/update. We are very pleased with the job and would definitely use you again. The job was performed within the time frame given and aligned with the budget estimate provided. All the work was performed in a professional manner and there was no down time or wasted time. We appreciated all the attention to detail including the finish-out over our vent hood to recreate the molding detail from our original molding. Thank you for a lovely kitchen, and we would definitely use you for future jobs.
